Relive.Market ("Relive.Market", "we", "us") is a marketplace inside Telegram where travelers buy and sell second-hand goods. By opening the Mini App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. The service

Relive.Market is a Telegram Mini App that lets you post items for sale, browse and search listings in your area, and message other members to arrange a deal.

We provide the platform only. Relive.Market is not a party to any transaction between a buyer and a seller. Payments, delivery, and hand-off happen directly between members, off-platform — typically by meeting in person. We do not process payments, hold funds, or guarantee any item, price, or member.

2. Eligibility

You must have a valid Telegram account and be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use Relive.Market. By using the service you confirm that you meet these requirements and that the profile information Telegram shares with us is accurate.

3. Your account

You sign in with your Telegram account — there is no separate password. You are responsible for activity that happens through your account and for keeping your Telegram login secure.

4. Listings and conduct

You are solely responsible for the content you post and the accuracy of your listings. When you use Relive.Market you agree not to:

list items you may not legally sell, or that break Telegram's Terms of Service;
post prohibited items — including weapons, drugs, stolen goods, counterfeits, live animals, or regulated and hazardous goods;
post illegal, fraudulent, misleading, hateful, or sexually explicit content;
harass, threaten, spam, or impersonate others;
attempt to disrupt, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service.

You grant Relive.Market a limited licence to host and display the text and images you upload for the purpose of operating the marketplace.

5. Safety when meeting

Deals are arranged between members. Meet in a public place, inspect items before paying, and use your judgement. Relive.Market does not vet members or items and is not responsible for the conduct of any user or the quality, safety, or legality of any listing.

6. Moderation

To keep the marketplace safe we may review reported content, apply automated content checks at publish time, hide or remove listings, restrict features, or suspend accounts that break these Terms — with or without notice. You can report a listing or a conversation from within the app.

7. Availability and changes

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We may add, change, or discontinue features at any time, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update these Terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Relive.Market is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the service, from any transaction between members, or from content posted by users.
