Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what Relive.Market collects, why, and your choices. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run a Telegram marketplace.

1. What we collect

Basic Telegram profile. When you open the Mini App, Telegram shares a signed set of profile basics: your Telegram user ID, first and last name, username, profile photo, language, and whether you have Telegram Premium. We use this to create and identify your account.

Content you create. The listings you post (title, description, price, category, photos, and the city/area you choose) and the messages you send to other members.

Limited technical data. A coarse location hint (approximate city/country, from network signals) to pre-fill your area, plus app version, platform, and locale for diagnostics.

We do NOT collect your phone number, your Telegram contacts, your precise GPS location, or your message history with anyone outside Relive.Market.

2. How we use it

to authenticate you and run your account;
to operate the marketplace — show your listings, power search, and deliver messages and notifications;
to keep the service safe — moderation, abuse prevention, and content checks;
to fix bugs and understand aggregate usage so we can improve the app.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

3. What others can see

Your public profile (name, username, photo, ratings) and the listings you publish are visible to other members. Messages are visible to the members in that conversation. Please do not share sensitive personal information in listings or chats.

4. Service providers

We use trusted processors to run the app, bound to protect your data and use it only on our instructions:

Google Firebase — authentication, database, and image storage;
Telegram — the platform the Mini App and notifications run on;
product-analytics and error-monitoring tools that receive privacy-scrubbed diagnostics (no message text, no Telegram login data).

5. Retention

We keep your account data while your account is active. Listings and messages are kept while they are relevant to the marketplace. When you ask us to delete your account, we remove your profile and content, except where we must keep limited records to comply with the law or resolve disputes.

6. Your rights

You can access, correct, or delete your data. You can change your language and notification preferences in Settings, and edit or remove your listings at any time. To delete your account and associated data, contact us via the channels below.

7. Children

Relive.Market is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children; if you believe a child has used the service, contact us and we will remove the account.

8. Changes

We may update this Policy as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above, and continued use means you accept the current version.
